DD Awareness – A Day in the Life

Open Future Learning does an excellent job at portraying the life of David, a person with Down Syndrome, and what his life is like as he interacts with people in the community.  Notice how many people acknowledge him, and those that ignore him.  Despite his ability to live independently, the community that surrounds him will always judge him for who they think he is.
