Introduced in 2020, our Family Support Program was started to provide more independence to families and their loved ones who already have a plan on how and where supports are being provided.
Community Life works with family members to compensate them for the services they are already performing. We have streamlined the documentation and billing process so family can spend time where it matters most.
If you currently have a loved one (child or adult) with an intellectual or developmental disability who receives support hours from your local county or brokerage, you may be eligible to participate in our Family Supports Program. You do not need to wait until your next ISP, you may enroll at any time.
